Upgrade

My cousin will be transforming his desktop computer into a more higher-powered one. He loves watching movies there so he’ll be buying video cards that will make his desktop run smoothly when he’s watching a movie. He’s also into online gaming. So the video cards will be a big help to him. Personally, I am content with my laptop and won’t even be upgrading anything in my own desktop.

A memorable trip

My friend went on a backpacking trip to Europe last month. She just told me what happened when we saw each other last weekend. I was so happy for her! She had a blast! She met a lot of people that made an impact on her life along the way. She experienced things that she never even imagined in her wildest dreams. I was actually a teeny-weeny bit envious while she’s telling me all about it.

Of course, it helps that she’s actually a well-traveled person. Her family loves to take trips at least once a year in a country they’ve never been to. She’s been to some European countries in the past but the backpacking trip was the first time she’s traveled all by herself. Together with her backpack, her sturdy boots, her best credit cards, and a small pillow that she used to sleep on, the trip was one of the most memorable things that she ever did in her whole life.

Favorite movies

Thank goodness for the big computer memory of this laptop of mine. My friend gave me cracked copies of some favorite movies and I was able to save all of it in here. This is great because it’s Holy Week here in the country by next week and I am planning to watch at least three movies that I like and haven’t gotten the time to watch. Yey!

Hide and seek

My cousins were playing hide and seek the other day here at home. It was great to see them laughing and being silly. That’s what kids supposed to be doing. Being silly and playing silly games. It didn’t matter if the furniture looked like a tornado passed by it afterwards. So long as I can see the kids enjoying a nice afternoon together, it’s okay with me.

Love of horses

If my dad has his way, we’d surely have horses at home. He loves horses. He grew up near a racetrack and it played a big influence in his love of the animal. If you ask him about anything related to the animal, like horse supplements or horse back riding, he’ll answer you straightaway. He knows so much about horses that I think he can write a book about it already.
