Someone I know leases their property in the province to a telecoms company. Their property is being used as the location for a cell tower. They are earning a substantial amount from the lease agreement. Their property was just sitting idle when all of a sudden they were approached by a representative of the telecoms company. Now, the earnings they get out of the lease agreement is what they use for vacation funds. What a windfall!
