Imagine yourself stuck in a house without the things you need to function properly. No sink, no stove, no shower, no food… I am sure you’d go crazy! I almost did!

We went to this house in the province that was sparsely filled with the important stuff. The crazy thing was, we were prepared to live like hermits for the weekend. But not without the basics. No shower or sink. You literally would have to wash yourself directly outside, on the soil underneath your feet. No stove so we had to gather woods to make a camp fire of sorts. AND… no food! It was not written in the leaflet that there’s no food!

We missed the hotel room we stayed at before going to that house. The suite has Kohler sinks, cool shower stalls, and lots of food! Crazy!
