Me and my friend always shop on online stores that has live chat in it. We bookmark those sites and frequent it. The reason why we love those sites is because there is always a person on standby to help shoppers like us should we encounter any problem or has a question to ask.

I do believe online stores should have this kind of feature in their sites. It is good customer service to have someone to help shoppers anytime of the day.
