The weight loss stories I hear and read inspire me to follow through with my plans of getting near my ideal weight this year. Man, it’s so hard! I am used to eating rice in every meal. But because rice is the number one enemy of mine, I have to cut down my intake of it. I’m telling you, it’s making me cranky! I feel deprived somehow. Not just on rice but also on some dishes that I love.

But as I’ve said, I am inspired because of the stories I heard and read about. And I am determined to stay focused on my goal. Lose weight!
