Britney

britney_spears

I have a lot of guilty pleasures. One of them is Britney Spears. I love her upbeat songs! Toxic, Womanizer, and those teeny-bopper ones. Womanizer is my ultimate fave song of hers. It really makes me want to get up and dance. Seriously!

I just watched her in a replay of the Teen Choice Awards and she was presented the Ultimate Choice award. She deserves it! After all, it’s based on her achievements as an artist and not on her messy personal life.

Boost your site's ranking

We all want our sites to rank the highest in search engines. To do this, we need a seo software tool to help us optimize our site. I must admit I am not an expert when it comes to search engine optimization. But there are tools out there that we can use.

My suggestion is for you to research and then gather information about seo. Know what your niche is and study how you can use keywords to boost your site’s ranking. It all starts with one information that you can use to your benefit.

First-hand experience

lose-weight

There are so many ways to lose weight. There are so many products out there promising to help you lose those unwanted pounds. But be sure you know what you are getting yourself in for. Read reviews like the lipozene customer reviews. You can gain more information from the customers themselves because they experienced first-hand taking in the diet product. Find that kind of review and then gather the information you need.

Then, it’s up to you if you really want to try out a diet product.

Crowning glory

If you want to know the reason for hair loss that you are suffering from, do a research. There are web sites dedicated to this topic. Men are more prone to hair loss in my opinion. Probably because I see more men with little hair than women. We are lucky that in our family, no one suffers from hair loss. My grandparents, on both sides, still have a head full of their crowning glory. The same goes for all the aunts and uncles on my father’s side of the family.

There are ways to combat hair loss. You just have to make sure that what you are doing will really prevent or lessen it. Research and read. Consult an expert, too.

Feeling highly intellectual

I don’t like Boy Abunda. Sure, he’s more competent than the other local hosts. But when you watch him, you get this feeling that he feels like a highly intellectual person. He pronounces words like positive as PO-si-tiv. He frowns a lot to make you think he’s concentrating on what his interviewee is saying. He doesn’t look at the camera a lot to make you think like he is focused on the show.

Two Sundays ago, he interviewed the controversial road rage killer Jason Ivler‘s mother, Marlene Aguilar-Pollard in The Buzz. It was obvious that he favored the woman. He defended her in some instances, answering the questions he threw at the overacting woman. When Marlene shed crocodile tears, he would console her like a friend who’s being ganged up on national tv. At the end of the interview, he told the clearly demented woman that he was on her side, in not so many words.

If you’ve seen the interview, you’d clearly see that the comment made by Abunda boosted her confidence. And now he’s going to feed her ego some more in his feeling intellectual show, Bottomline (which he pronounces as Ba-tam-layn).

Hilarious!

Worsening skin problem

My sister’s friend is suffering from adult acne. For some reason, she feels like my sister is an expert on skin problems so she went to her for advice. My sister told her to consult a dermatologist. Her friend’s acne is worsening and my sister is worried that it would cover most of her face already.

If you feel like you need some medical attention, go and get it done. Do not let whatever is afflicting you worsen by neglecting it or pretending it doesn’t exist. Sigh. I should be telling myself this every day.

Be informed

Are you thinking of trying a popular diet pill you saw an ad of or a friend recommends? Before you do try it out, go to www.sideeffectsofdietpills.net and learn about the side effects of diet pills. It is always best to be armed with information. Most especially if it will affect your body. Know more about what you’ll be putting inside your system. You never know if it will be bad for you, right?

That’s what I always tell my sisters and those close to me. Information is the key.

Education, a must!

There has been a widespread of sexually transmitted diseases in the metro. People not using condoms and are sexually active are often the carrier of an STD. Like the herpes simplex. I blame the lack of sexual education we get. Since most people in the country are conservative, not to mention our religion tells us that contraceptive is bad, you can expect the subject of sex still a taboo in some places. It’s actually ridiculous, if you ask me.

Personally, I feel that sex education is a must. Condoms and other types of contraceptives should be given for free especially to places where the risk of contracting an STD is high. And let’s not assume everyone knows about sex. Most likely, they are going about it only through trial and error. Which should not be the case!

I want!

The_Blind_Side_Movie_Poster

I want to watch The Blind Side by Sandra Bullock. The only problem I have is that most movie houses in the Metro already stopped showing it. The rule here is that movies run for two weeks. If it’s a really big movie, it is normally extended. Like Avatar. But most end after the end of its second week run.

I wish I knew it was already showing locally. I found out about it on its second week. When I checked out the movie today, it is limited to the late afternoon slot. Since I wanted to go home before the time allotted to the movie, I was not able to see it. Maybe I’ll just wait for the DVD to be released?

Motivated to exercise

Tomorrow I am going to check out some fitness equipment that are on sale at the mall. I will try to buy one that I can use daily to help me lose weight. Not only that, I want to be motivated to exercise everyday. I think the lack of exercise contributes to my sluggishness. I also feel drowsy most of the time and I blame it to the lack of energy to face the day’s challenges.

I need to step up this year because I have so many plans to accomplish. If I lack the energy, how can I do it, right?

Happy with life

I just had a nice chat with one of my girl friends who is now living abroad with her kid and her kid’s dad. They are currently in one of the orlando villas in the place they went to for a brief vacation. She is happy with her life now. She has a son who’s turning five this year and her boyfriend, her kid’s dad, is a good man. She told me that all she’s wishing and praying for is good health for every one of her family members and love ones.

She’s one of my friends who found love abroad. Who would’ve thought, right? I am happy that she found a good man. I pray they will stay together forever.

Never easy

I was checking the www.carinsurancelist.com for my friend’s car insurance. She asked my help in getting one but she wants a it cheap because she’s having problems with her job at the moment.

I can very well relate to her situation. I have been there, 3 or 4 times in between jobs. It was never easy. Plus the feeling of helplessness because your fate lies in the hands of the recruitment personnel of the companies you are applying at… And then you see your funds dwindling with nothing coming in.

So I am helping my friend any way I can.

The Climb

I have something to confess to you… I am addicted to that song The Climb by Miley Cyrus! I can’t get it out of my head. I tried listening to it all day long to cleanse it out of my system but I think it only got into me deeper and deeper! I just love the lyrics. Somehow, for me, it becomes a song about my faith. That is probably why I can’t shake it off.

I just love the part that says…

There’s always gonna be another mountain
I’m always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
Sometimes I’m gonna have to lose

Ain’t about how fast I get there
Ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side
It’s the climb.

It’s like a shot at life. What matters is how we live our lives. A very beautiful song and for me, one of the best songs there is.

The protector

graduation-cap

He will be graduating from his pre-law soon. He wants to become an expert mesothelioma lawyer. He feels like there are just so many victims of this dreaded disease and not many have been getting the justice due them.

He’s always been the protector ever since his father left them for another woman. He’s always been for the underdog. And I admire him for that. I wish him all the best in his life. I know that someday soon, he will become the best mesothelioma lawyer this side of the planet.

Leads

A former classmate of mine visited me because he needed a life insurance lead. He is a sales agent now, focusing on life insurance from a big international insurance company. The thing is, I already have an insurance agent I’ve been with for the past five years now. And most of the people I know, family and friends, get their insurance from her. I couldn’t possibly give my former classmate a lead only for him to find out that the person already has a life insurance in effect.

I know there are companies specializing in legitimate leads. I told him to go check it out online and he just might find the sales he needs there.
