They are looking at Outer banks foreclosures for a property they can buy. They are known as the couple who waits for foreclosures so they can get properties at a good price. And they have various properties that are giving them income month after month, properties they got at a bargain price.

I think if I have the same amount of money lying around in the bank, I would have invested some of it in real estate properties also. Rent it out so that I can get income out of it. Or maintain it so when the family feels like going on a vacation, there’s a place to stay at.
