Are you still looking forward to the newest installment in the Twilight Saga, New Moon? Are you still looking forward to seeing our beloved Robert Pattinson play the dreamy, Edward Cullen?

No to the first one, yes to the last.

I’ve seen the trailer of New Moon. And a couple of clips from it. If that’s the best they can show us, I don’t think the movie will hold more promise of a better script and even better acting from the whole cast. Did you see the scene in the woods where Edward said goodbye to Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart)? Oh my! She still can’t act!

But because I have a huge crush on R-Patz, I will still probably watch the movie, just to feast my eyes on that eye candy! Hehehe

Jamie Oliver and family attended Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince's gala premiere

This is the first time I’ve seen Jamie Oliver‘s kids. They look so adorable! I am a big fan of Jamie’s cooking shows. I think I’ve seen glimpses of the kids in one of his shows but I’m not sure. I’ve seen his wife in his Great Italian Escape.

Anyway, such a beautiful family. I hope that Jamie does not have something in his closet like Gordon Ramsay who was recently confirmed to have a mistress.

We were able to watch an advance screening of the movie, The Proposal. Oh my goodness! It was hilarious! I love Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock! They both acted superb in the movie. Betty White is a gem! No wonder the movie raked in the big amounts in the US.

In a nutshell, the movie is about Margaret (Bullock), an overbearing book editor who loves to terrorize everyone around her including her executive assistant cum secretary, Andrew (Reynolds). When she was about to be deported back to Canada for a rejected working visa renewal, she thought of pretending to be getting married to Andrew. She blackmailed him, telling him she will make him an editor if he goes with her plan. To quell the suspicions of the Immigration officer assigned to them, Margaret went with Andrew to his hometown in Alaska. And there things happened differently that made them see each other in a different light and made them fall in love with each other.

Ryan is sooo handsome! Mucho guapito! I love his expressions and how he looks like a pushover to Sandra’s dominant personality. I love that scene where they were both naked and their bodies slammed! Hahaha

Love the movie! I’m giving it two thumbs up! Watch it and laugh your heart out!

What happened to Michael Jackson is really tragic. Dead at 50. There were no signs that he’d die young. And he had three children all depending on him. He had a sold out concert tour to be staged this July in London. All 50 shows. Then it all happened. It shocked the whole world. His fans are still in mourning over the sudden loss of a music icon.

It’s just sad.

Do you remember the 1980s hit tv show “MacGyver“? It starred Richard Dean Anderson as the incredibly resourceful secret agent for the Phoenix Foundation who frequently would escape from dangerous situations with ingenious and lightning-quick engineering trickery. The show ran from 1985-92 on ABC.

It is being reported that New Line is producing a feature film of the hit tv show. What do you think of this? Will you watch it?

Scifirewire.com is reporting that Twilight might be adapted as a Japanese anime. Can you imagine Robert Pattinson‘s character, Edward Cullen, as an anime character?

Catherine Hardwicke, director of the Twilight movie, was said to have commented something to the effect to Rob Pattinson when they were filming the final sequence of the film. Rob was heard as saying… “I look Asian in this scene,” Pattinson says. “I do, I look like an anime character.”

Regardless if this one is a fake or not, Robert Pattinson is still looking so darn HOT in this poster of New Moon! Swoon!

This movie is driving me crazy! I can’t wait to see it! Twilight will be shown here in Manila on November 26. Shen, Tim and I are going to watch it on opening day. Yey!!!

I have read the draft for the book Midnight Sun, Edward’s perspective on Twilight. I tell you, if you got super kilig with Twilight, Midnight Sun will make your heart beat triple times faster! It was really, really good! I hope Stephenie Meyer will release it by December this year!

Crazy thing happens really. Madonna and her husband, Guy Ritchie are divorcing according to the news items I’ve read this morning. They’ve been married for close to 8 years and apparently, things have not been okay between the two for the past year.

And get this… there’s no pre-nuptial agreement! Guy is set to take half of what Madonna owns. And she’s reportedly worth $518M!!!

When will they ever learn that if you are a big star like Madonna, a pre-nup is important. Especially with these people who easily fall in and out of love. Tsk tsk tsk

I saw her showing off her new tattoo on her upper left arm at The Insider. She’s with Brad Pitt. And the first thing that I thought was… she looked so slim! She just had twins and her body is looking more slim than before. Hmm…

Maybe the rumors are true. According to the story, Angelina even told her friends that she had a “mommy tuck”. Oh well, she can afford it! And if it makes her feel more confident and all, who are we to question the procedure, right?

In this day and age when young kids trade education for a bit of fame in showbiz, Emma Watson, better known as the girl who plays Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movies, has opted to pursue education than fame.

It was reported that Emma will be taking a break from acting after the last Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. She will be concentrating in pursuing a degree either in English Literature or Liberal Arts. Any other offer for movies or guestings will take second place to university, she was quoted as saying. She has decided that education is more important than anything else.

What a refreshing news!

So George Clooney split up with girlfriend of almost a year Sarah Larson. Ha! I thought it would not last when I first heard of it. First and foremost, Sarah Larson seems like the type of girl who would be swallowed whole by a mega man like George. I mean he is everywhere, more than an average type of guy and I just think he needs someone who’s equally socially active like him.

Besides, he’s mine! *wicked laugh*

Wonder who he’ll eventually end up with.
